The number of parking spaces in the area is limited, and we recommend you to familiarize yourself with the parking regulations.
An overview over where it is possible to park can be found at the entrance to the residential area.
Unmarked parking spaces
Our parking spaces are not marked (i.e. not allocated to specific buildings), and you have to park wherever there is a free space. This may mean that you have to leave your car some distance from your apartment.
Number of parking permits
If you have a car, as a tenant you will receive a free parking permit when you move in. A maximum of two parking permits per household are issued, the second of which will be invoiced at NOK 500.
Regular parking inspections are carried out, and cars without a visible parking permit may be fined. Please note that the permit is only valid for the car of which it has been issued. The permit must be placed so that it is clearly visible through the car’s windshield.
Rent of garage spaces
Carports, individual and collective garage spaces are available for rent. If you wish to rent a garage or carport, send an email to email@example.com. Please note that you will have to commit to a rental period of 1 year when renting a garage space or carport.
During daytime (working days), parking time in the area’s guest parking is limited (max. 3 or 5 hours), see map of the area or the signposting. This only applies to regular working days between 06:00 and 18:00. If you need a parking permit for guests, this can be picked up from our office during ordinary opening hours.
