The 1-room apartments (studios) consist of a living room, kitchen and bathroom with the necessary furniture and white goods. Some of the apartments also have a sleeping alcove. All apartments are painted in light colors, and most of them have their own balcony.

The 2-room apartments correspond to the apartments described above, but with a separate bedroom instead of an alcove.

Our furnished apartments are reserved for medical practitioners on internships. For this reason, we normally only offer rental contracts for a period of one year. Under special circumstances, a shorter (or longer) rental period can be agreed.

Parking
You are allowed to park in the area, provided you have a valid parking permit. You will receive this when you move in. You can also apply to rent a garage space in an individual garage, shared garage or carport.
