Unmarked parking spaces
Our parking spaces are not marked (i.e. not allocated to specific buildings), and you have to park wherever there is a free space. This may mean that you have to leave your car some distance from your apartment.

Number of parking permits
If you have a car, as a tenant you will receive a free parking permit when you move in. A maximum of three parking permits per household are issued, the second and third will each be invoiced at NOK 100 per month. You will receive the invoice once a year.

Parking inspections
Regular parking inspections are carried out, and cars without a parking permit may be fined. Please note that the permit is only valid for the car of which it has been issued.

Rent of garage spaces
Carports, individual and collective garage spaces are available for rent. If you wish to rent a garage or carport, please fill in this form. Please note that you will have to commit to a rental period of 1 year when renting a garage space or carport.

Guest parking
During daytime (working days), parking time in the area’s guest parking is limited (max. 3 or 5 hours), see map of the area or the signposting. This only applies to regular working days between 06:00 and 18:00. If you need a parking permit for guests, you must contact us.
